Best street food in bangalore VV Puram | Must Try Street Food | Bengaluru

Hello guys in this post i m gonna tell you about the best street food available in banglore (vv puram)

In VV Puram Food Street also popularly known locally as Thindi Beedi or a lane where you

can find all sorts of deliciousness.

So, if you’re looking for vegetarian street food this is the place is for you

the first place is

1)VB Bakery

this is a iconic bakery that serves over 65 years. And some believe it was  bakery that spawned the trend of Iyengar bakeries.

So, let’s go in and check out

what’s in store for us at VB Bakery at Thindi Beedi. So, they’ve got a phenomenal menu

here! I think there are about 44 dishes that...

vv bakery menue

I can count but I have heard of some iconic dishes that are a must try here at VB Bakery.

Khara Bun. It’s a spicy bun and it’s smeared with butter and the Congress kadlekai. These

are split peanuts that have been tossed in  a pepper, curry leaf masala and if you notice,

the peanuts are open. It is said that the open peanuts resemble a Gandhi topi or a topi (cap)

that’s worn by Congress so that's why perhaps.

There’s another very popular dessert here which is the Dumrot Halwa which is made with ash gourd. Now, I am told this dessert is available only on a Saturday or a Sunday so you’ve got to come here on a weekend to catch that. So, we’ve got all

2)Swamy Bajji Center

The bajjis here at VV Puram Food Street too come highly recommended and I have heard of shree Swamy Bajji Center. And they’ve got a bunch of bajjis and pakodas here and that’  I have tasted  Rava Vada,Capsicum, Menasinakai, Balekai. Rava Vada,Mangaluru Bajji, Green Mirchi, Alu Bonda,Masala Vada, Pineapple. Aah!..sounds good na!! but trust me taste is ummmaa!

here are some photos hope you get some water in your mouth !

3)Tandoori chai  at Namma Kitchen

you may taste some tandoori chai which is served in kulad  these clay pots or the kulad. The kulad is heated in a tandoor. So, the kulad, the claypot absorbs all that smokey aroma of the
tandoor and they pour the chai into that.Oh! The heat of the kulad, the kulad is as
hot as that. So, the tea is bubbling away as soon as it gets into that kulad. So, there
you have it, the Tandoori Chai here at VV Puram Food Street. It’s nice and aromatic
and I expect this to be very hot too. I almost burnt my tongue there! Smells like a masala
chai but then there is that subtle undertone that comes from the smokiness of the, I guess
the kulad being heated in that tandoor.

hot kulad and bubbles away before being poured into this cup. This is certainly a tasty chai!

4) Chandra Chat Center and Pav Bhaji

there’s no Indian street food experience that’s complete without tasting chaat and that’s...
chaat to be extremely spicy. but it’s not. If you come here on a weekend especially, be prepared to get jostled a bit. I love the pop of the peas in this. What you really taste is the aromats that have gone into the masala of the masala puri. You can see the peas, the carrots, the onions and

Next we’re going to taste the Dahi Puri And some curd that goes. Oh nice! Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Jeera Powder.I am looking at this and my mouth is watering and your's too
So, that’s a loaded a Dahi Puri.

mmmh! That is so good! You bite into that puri and that puri unburdens itself of that deliciously rich and creamy yoghurt and all those spices that have been garnished on

so thease are all the streat food  in bangalore  VV Puramhope you like the post please keep share the post thank you
